I picked up my first camera, an Ansco, in 1963, photographing neighborhood buddies and school trips. I received a Kodak Motormatic from my Grandma Amy when my grandfather died. You could wind it up and have a motorized camera, it felt like a real camera. I used a Rolliflex when I was in high school shooting for the Crescent at Wendell L. Willkie Highschool in Elwood, Indiana. That is where I began experimenting with double exposures. Working two jobs summer before I went off to college I purchased a used Konica with a 50mm, I still feel that was one of the sharpest lenses I've used.
